You have the right to return the products you bought within 14 calendar days and request their replacement or refund. After the expiration of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the shipment, there is no right to return your order.
Unacceptable Returns
The returned products must be in the condition sent by atsemoglou.gr and received by the customer, complete and without damage. The products must be returned in their original packaging, in excellent condition as well as with all accompanying documents (eg consignment note, proof of purchase, warranty, instructions for use). Returns that do not meet the above conditions are not Accepted and are returned to the customer.
Returns to individual orders, such as wedding rings or conversions, or to products not on our catalog are not accepted. Also No returns are accepted on products that have obvious signs of use.
The return as well as the replacement is FREE for the shipments within Greece with the use of the cooperating courier company.
Return Procedure
Contact us via email at info@atsemoglou.gr, writing your name and your order number, justifying why you want the product returned and if you want a replacement.
Within 2 working days you will receive a reply email with the return instructions via the courier service.
Upon receipt of your return, a detailed check of the condition of the returned item will be made, and if there is no problem with its condition, packaging or documents, then you will be informed via email about its acceptance.
Atsemoglou.gr does not bear any responsibility for any loss or damage of the product during the transfer of the return.
Money return
In case you do not want to be replaced with a new product, the refund process is done within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return at our headquarters and is extremely simple:
Refunds are made on the original payment method, unless at the time of purchase you chose cash on delivery. Refunds in this case will be made by deposit in the customer's bank account.
Necessary condition for the customer to inform via email to info@atsemoglou.gr for his account number (IBAN), the bank in which he maintains the account and the name of the beneficiary as it is written in the booklet. For security reasons, the beneficiary or co-beneficiary of the account number must be the same person as the one selected in the invoice information and indicated on the receipt.
In case you request a change of the product and the product to be changed is of lower value than that of the original order, the money difference is not refunded, but is credited in your name for future purchases.
